Property Management Services:

In general our service fees are based on a percentage of the gross rental income depending on the type of property.

  • Single Family Homes – 7% of the rental income
  • Multi-Unit Buildings (2-15 units) – 9% of the rental income
  • Furnished or Short Term Leases – 10% of the rental income
  • Vacation Rentals – 15% of the rental income

* Minimum monthly fee – $200

  • Processing Of All Bills Associated With The Property

  • Preventative Maintenance As Needed *
  • Coordinating Repairs, Renovations, And Upgrades*
  • Preparation Of Vacant Units*
  • Move-In / Move-Out Walk-Thru With Photos & Video
  • Leasing & Marketing Of Vacant Units*
  • Detailed Tenant Screening Including: Credit History, Background Check, Eviction History, Sex Offender History & Criminal History

Leasing Services: 

WeLink Property Management is an affliate of Gibson International Real Estate and is a fully licensced brokerage.

Leasing fees are 6% of the lease term when entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
